The ExCom will be held at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia Thamrin CBD, which will also serve as the designated hotel for sponsored ExCom members.

For sponsored participants:

Sponsored participants will be accommodated at the Pullman Jakarta Indonesia Thamrin CBD. Availability is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the hotel reaches capacity, late registrants may be offered alternative accommodation arrangements.

If you are a sponsored participant, the CityNet Secretariat will contact you upon submission of your registration form and provide a service agreement outlining the terms of your sponsorship. This agreement will specify the maximum reimbursable amount for your flight ticket.

Participants are kindly requested to arrange their own flight bookings and prepare the required documentation for reimbursement. All supporting documents must be submitted during the ExCom Meeting in Jakarta.

Reimbursements will be processed within one month after the Secretariat has received all necessary documents from the sponsored participants.
